At Spicy Bloom, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible. Please review the following details carefully before placing your order:
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday).
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Address Accuracy
• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address at checkout.
• If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately.
- We will do our best to accommodate changes, but processing begins right away.
- If your shipping label has already been created, the address cannot be changed.
- In such cases, please contact USPS/UPS with your tracking number to request a reroute.
Failed Deliveries Due to Incorrect Address
• If a package is not delivered due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by the buyer:
- Pease email us at help@spicybloom.store
- We can assist with reshipment, but the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Domestic & International Shipping
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and service selected.
• We ship both within the U.S. and internationally.
• International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees required by their country.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Returns
At Spicy Bloom, we care about the quality of your purchase. Because each piece is made with care and often custom finishes like glitter, embroidery, or DTF, we have a strict return policy.
At this time, we do not accept returns, except in the following cases:
• The product arrived damaged
• The wrong item was received
If your item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, we’ll gladly cover the return shipping.
1. Contact us at help@spicybloom.store within 5 days of delivery
2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item
3. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and issue store credit once the item is received.
Important Notes:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Claims submitted after 5 days of delivery may not be accepted
• We do not offer refunds or accept exchanges
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
